anna  - re What is Gore saying??   |2008-04-28 02:13:05 I dont know what Al Gore is saying but George Monbiot and Greenpeace predicted something like the current food crisis would come about if cars and people were forced to compete for food. But yes, Green politics will probably fail us too as essentially the rapidly growing global population is caught up in a life or death competetion for scarce food and other resources.
